True Coding School / Skolumos is building Thailand's AI talent pipeline, starting in Phuket. We teach coding, AI, and robotics from about age 7, run an AI learning platform, and turn strong students into competition-level builders.
We hire people who want to build the school, and we train them on the job. You do not need to arrive knowing our curriculum, our CRM, or our content system.

Turn parent and school leads into paid students and signed schools.
You own the conversation from first lead to paid student or signed school. Parents are the main volume. Schools are the larger deals. AI helps you move faster. You still make the call, write the close, and own the number.
What we teach you
We teach you the programs, the pricing, the school offer, the pipeline, and how we use AI in replies. You bring the conversations and the follow-through.
What you do
- Talk to inbound leads every day: LINE, phone, Facebook, website forms, walk-ins. Answer fast, qualify, and book a trial or a close.
- Convert parent inquiries into paid enrollments. Handle price, schedule, age, and “we'll think about it” without dropping the thread.
- Keep every lead in one pipeline. No lead lives only in your personal chat.
- Use AI to draft replies, summarize threads, follow up, and flag stale leads. You check the message before it goes out. We show you the workflow. AI does not close for you.
- Open school conversations when a director or owner is the buyer: demo, proposal, start date. We teach the demo.
- Report KPIs weekly, without being asked.
Requirements
- About 1+ year selling to people, not only collecting interest. Education, tuition centers, courses, clinics, or any offer where a parent or buyer has to decide. Strong retail or service experience can count if you closed, not only served.
- Thai and English, spoken and written. Most parent chats are Thai. School and partner threads are often English.
- Comfortable on LINE, phone, and Facebook. You do not wait for a CRM notification to reply.
- Willing to use AI for drafts, summaries, and follow-up, and able to tell a bad draft from a sendable one. We teach the setup.
- Willing to learn the numbers: leads touched, trials booked, paid, and why the rest did not.
- Based in Phuket, or ready to be here.
KPIs you own
- Speed to first reply, and share of leads contacted the same day.
- Contact rate, trial or visit booked, show-up rate.
- Lead-to-paid conversion, by source.
- Revenue from new enrollments, and average revenue per new student.
- Pipeline hygiene: open leads, next step, days since last touch. Stale leads are a miss.
- For schools: meetings held, proposals out, signed, first class date.

What we teach you
We teach you the brand, the offers, the student stories worth filming, the ad account, and what a qualified lead looks like. You bring the eye, the publishing habit, and ownership of paid reach.
What you do
- Own content: student builds, competition results, class moments, parent stories, short video.
- Help manage Meta ads: campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, audiences, creatives, budgets, and the weekly read on what to scale or stop. You do not need to arrive as a media buyer. You do need to run the account with us, not hand it off.
- Run local acquisition in Phuket: social, school channels, events, partnerships. Bangkok support as clubs open.
- Keep the site, landing pages, and lead forms clean so sales gets real inquiries, not noise.
- Track what produces enrollments and school meetings, organic and paid, and cut what does not.
Requirements
- About 1+ year in marketing, content, social, or growth. Education, kids, or local services are a plus. A small portfolio of published work can replace the year.
- Ready to manage Meta ads: set up or edit campaigns, read cost per lead, and change creative or audience from the results. Prior Ads Manager experience is a plus. If you have not run ads, you must be able to learn the account in the first weeks and then own the weekly checks.
- You can shoot and edit short video yourself, or you learn that in the first weeks. Phone-quality is fine if the story is clear. Ad creative comes from real class footage when we have it.
- Thai and English. You write in both, or you direct someone who does.
- Comfortable learning LINE, TikTok, and basic analytics alongside Meta. LINE matters here for follow-up. We teach our accounts and our reporting.
- Based in Phuket, or on the island often enough to film real classes.
Teacher-builder: Coding, AI, and STEM
Run project-based classes where students build, show, and improve.
You run classes for students from about age 7. The work is project-based: students build, show, and improve. A computer science background is a plus, not the bar. Being a fast learner is the bar.
What we teach you
We teach you the curriculum, the software, the class flow, and how we talk to parents. You do not need to arrive knowing Python, robotics, or our platform.
What you do
- Teach small groups in coding, AI tools, robotics, or digital skills, at the level you can hold. We match the class to your level and train you ahead of it.
- Learn the next tool before the students need it. A new platform, language, or kit should be usable in class within days, not months.
- Keep students finishing work. A class ends with something they made, not a slide they watched.
- Talk to parents in Thai or English: progress, homework, behavior, next step.
- Turn what works in class into something another teacher can reuse: a lesson, a project, a short guide.
- Help stronger students toward competitions when you are ready. Not required on day one.
Requirements
- A fast learner. This is mandatory. You pick up software, a lesson flow, and a new teaching point quickly, then use it with students the same week.
- Good with kids. You have taught, tutored, coached, or run activities, even outside a school. We will see you with students before we hire.
- English and Thai, enough to teach and to talk to a parent. One language can be stronger. Both have to work in the room.
- Comfortable with computers and software, at any level, if you learn fast. A computer science degree or coding experience is a big plus.
- You care about Thai education. You want students here to build, not only to pass a worksheet.
